WHAT WE DO

We work on small and large projects which require some or all of our services.  We are happy to work on a per hour basis for smaller service requirements.  Should you just require some new furniture for an existing installation we are happy to assist.

SPACE ASSESSMENT

In analyzing your current organogram (your headcount and status structure) plus expansion, along with the facilities and storage required by each department we can ascertain the amount of space you will need in your new office space.  From there we can create at test fit layout in order to confirm the research results.

SPACE PLANNING

Innovative and creative space planning solutions are our specialty.  Once you have selected your new office space and have received the CAD layouts or if you are looking at upgrading an existing office space, we will conceptualize your new layout in CAD.  Using up to date market trends and global research we will plan your new office space with expert space efficiency and collaborative, flexible working environments.

If you are using existing furniture we will measure and categorize your existing asset register.

Specification Procurement

We have a passion for ergonomics and an eco-friendly solutions which influences most of the specification processes involved in selecting the products and finishes used in our designs.  We feel a real responsibility to specify finishes and products that are fit for the hard wearing office environment.  We want our customers to be happy with our products long after they have settled in to their new environments. Construction Management

The difference between a good design and a great design is the quality of the installation.  With the skill levels available in South Africa it is a real challenge to find contractors who produce a good quality finish, at an affordable price and in time.  We select our contractors very carefully and forge good working relationships with them all.

With careful planning and diligent site supervision we manage to build each environment to the intended standard and specification to create a great office space.

Our contractors work to the South Africa Health and Safety standards.

If you are using existing furniture we will measure and categorize your existing asset register.
